Support me after heart surgery from my motorcycle accident

I do not usually ask for help. I am very positive independent person and I have been trying to remain high spirited but feel like it’s time I do give in and ask for a helping hand.
I thought I was going to enjoy a nice Memorial Day, i was headed home from the gym on my motorcycle when a lady in a Mercedes Benz decided to turn left in front of me while I was going through the light. I managed to not hit her straight on but with the maneuvering I did to not hit her, I was thrown off my bike and straight into the asphalt. By the time I got up, she had already driven away 200ft to the next stop sign. I was wearing a helmet fortunately but suffered road rash on my left forearm and 3 lacerations on my knee.
Luckily another car chased her down and demanded she turn around with two other witnesses stopping to see if I was okay. The police came along with EMS. Police deemed she caused the accident and EMS patched me up as best as they could. I was riding home but knew something was wrong. I pulled into my complex, got into my car and went straight to Dr.Phillips ER where I had X rays done on my head, spine, chest and knee along with a head CT. I got to Dr. Phillips at 4 pm. I was rushed to ORMC at 10:30pm arriving at 11:30 pm where I was reevaluated and was told I had a tear in my aorta from the impact i took from the accident.
I went into surgery the next day to have a stent placed into my heart where the tear was. I spent a total of 4 days and 3 nights in the cardio vascular trauma center.
I have permanent damaged to the blood flow and fatigued to the left side of my body, limited mobility, labored breathing and was stuck with five different IVs for the duration of my stay. I was discharged Thursday to return home and had my first check for my superficial wounds today. I’ve enlisted help from a lawyer for the accident but don’t know how long these things will take and get back to normal life. I’m. It cleared to drive, I can’t walk my dogs and currently struggling to even sleep with how bad my back has been following the surgery.
Current medical bills are approaching $500,000. Currently I am a Sales Manger at Ice Pro and made ends meet by selling my own craft goods as well as doing set ups and installations for my company. I am currently unable to return to work, not cleared to lift anything more than 10lbs and struggle to sleep with the amount of back pain and spasms I have from the accident.
I am a very active person. Always on the move whether it be on an adventure, making new things that I imagine up and try to go to the gym everyday.
I am feeling very stuck in the unknown and confined to my current limitations. Also knowing if I did not get checked out by the hospital, I could have dropped at any moment from the tear in my heart. It has given me a lot of perspective on life and a chance to restart with a second chance because it could have been worse.
I am not sure what to ask for but any little bit helps me get back to a new normal and hopefully back into an active life despite the damage to my leg, arm and heart.
