On the night of August 23, 2026, my relative MD Yousuf, 44, was shot in head and killed while working at American Best Wings and Pizza in Brownsville, Brooklyn. A coworker was also wounded. Police have not yet made an arrest, and the investigation is ongoing.

MD Yousuf was the only income earner for his family. He is survived by his wife, his mother, and two daughters, ages 12 and 3. His family had no warning and no savings for something like this. They now have no income and no way to bring his body home.
