This an appeal, for you to participate in a go fund me project to support ongoing activities of our practice.
As you may know our practice is one of few long-standing private Primary care facility serving the needs of Manhattan patients as well as patients from the five Burroughs since 1986. During this long stretch we had to endure several challenges including two World Trade Center terror attacks , hurricane Sandy and others.
Through all those challenges we continued to provide personalized care to the best of our capability.
COVID-19 Pandemic resulting in Stay -at - home , Job losses , wide spread closure of many small and medium businesses has impacted our functioning to a disproportionate level . The return to normalcy is at the very minimum months away and we see an entirely new level of challenges for our ability to continue to serve in the manner we did prior to this pandemic. Any help from you ,or some one you might know, in this regard will be deeply appreciated.
It is our sincere intention to continue to service healthcare and wellness needs of our existing and future patient base to highest standards in a professional and yet personal fashion .
