Support McKenna's Battle with Breast Cancer
Donation protected
McKenna Carpenter was diagnosed with breast cancer in November 2024. Stage 2 triple positive invasive ductal carcinoma. She started chemotherapy in December and is now more than half way through. Thankfully, her prognosis is really really good!
This has been one of the hardest things McKenna's ever done, and she's been so positive through it all. She says: "Cancer sucks. A lot. It's HARD. But it has taught me so much! It has shown me God's awareness of me. Its teaching me to slow down a little and be patient. It has taught me that I'm capable of things I couldn't ever imagine doing. It has shown me how I am brave, how resilient my family is, how important sunsets are. And humidifiers! To notice the tender mercies and blessings that live in all the little details. It is powerful to laugh. And it's ok to be cringe sometimes."
It's not over yet. McKenna has two more rounds of chemo, surgery, possibly radiation, and then she's set to start targeted chemo afterwards.
If you're able to donate towards her treatments, she would be so grateful for the help and support.
