Mcad Filmmaker's Club is a collection of media artists who come together to create short films that we submit to film festivals all across the Midwest. We are currently working on two projects.

Muted: A boy and his family drive through sheltered woods and snow-covered plains on their way back from a family vacation. The boy, Damian, avoids the commotion of his rambunctious family by deactivating his cochlear implants and sitting in silence. During this silence, however, Damian begins to hear a strange sound, one he’s never heard before. His family, on the other hand, seems entirely unfazed. Damian does his best to forget about the noise, assuming it to be a one-off until he can’t avoid it any longer.
