My name is Sara Franklin and I am the sister of Philip Franklin and the aunt of Mayson Franklin. Mayson is eight years old and he is a bright, beautiful little boy. He loves playing football , baseball and playing video games. Mayson has been having severe headaches. A few weeks ago he went and got an CT scan done. They got the results back yesterday, and it showed that Mayson had a mass on his brain. He was then taken to Scottish Rite children’s Hospital , when they got there they found out that Mason had fluid on his brain so they put a drainage in to drain the fluid. Today he received an MRI and the doctor told his parents that he has a massive brain tumor and will have to undergo brain surgery on Monday morning. We’re not sure as of yet what type of brain tumor it is. I am asking for anyone who can contribute to my Go Fund Me to help out my brother while he is staying at the hospital. I would like to take the burden off of him so he doesn’t have to worry on how he will eat and get things that he needs and that Mayson needs when he needs to be focus on his Son. Mayson journey is beginning and he has a long road ahead of him. But he is strong an a warrior and we know that our amazing God has his hands on Mayson! 8/4/25 Mayson was in surgery for over 8 hours today, but praise God he made it through !!!!
