Support Mayflower Case for British Public Interest

Mutlu (Milton) Sancaktutar:
I am a senior technologist with approximately 25 years of multidisciplinary experience in IT industry, the last 10 years predominantly in British government institutions. I have always operated with the highest integrity, ensuring public funds are used efficiently and securely.

Who are invited to support me?
This is not a call for support from my personal social/professional circles. No sympathy or support is sought based on any form of personal acquaintance. I kindly request and invite people and institutions to support me only as much as the matter interests them as a member of the British public and economy. Anyone who is not or who does not feel member of the broader British public should not join this initiative, although I would of course be grateful for their kind intentions. Prayers are most welcome and much needed from my friends all around the world who may happen to see this.

INCIDENT:
In November 2025, while working on a strategic government project, I raised a formal Protected Disclosure (Whistleblowing) email via my own line of reporting, regarding serious concerns over accuracy of upward reporting, overall value for money, severe risk posture including cyber-risks, and seriously problematic engagements with my prior, fact-based reports of the same. Exactly one working day later, I was summarily dismissed without any prior notice, explanation, or a right to respond. My access was cut mid-meeting without giving me a chance of even a brief farewell to my team, leaving my professional reputation in tatters. My services were consistently praised till including the last working day and never disputed. Yet, I was denied payment of all my services since 01 October 2025, a period I had worked days and nights, including many weekends - to reduce the delivery slippage of a programme that was running well behind schedule - a programme that was explicitly qualified by C-suite as "the most strategic delivery of 2025". Such dismissal entirely collapsed my life in acute financial crisis, severe mental health collapse, and more - all impacting not only myself, but also my dependents and broader family.

The Legal Battle & 9th February Deadline: Under UK law, I have a right to challenge this dismissal and claim all my unpaid service fees as well as all other financial and other types of detriments caused on me. However, I am at a profound disadvantage in extreme imbalance of powers and stark inequality of arms. While the institutions involved have unlimited tax-payer-funded legal resources, I have been financially and psychologically drained to reach a Tribunal in a meaningful capacity to participate. The deadline for claims in Employment Tribunal is 9th February. I need significant finances to file legal cases with proper legal expertise at ET and other jurisdictions. Without immediate funding for legal representation, this case of public interest will be silenced by default, in practical terms.

MY COMMITMENT:
I am not seeking a handout; I am seeking justice to ensure the requirements of public interest are properly addressed and my rights and remedies are fully served.

TRANSPARENCY:
Every penny spent will be documented on 'Mayflower Case' fundraising website , including full statements of dedicated back account.

AMOUNT OF FUNDS NEEDED:
In the UK, Employment Tribunals are lenghty procedures taking up to 2 years, and sometimes even longer. Overall legal/procedural costs pronounced in various sources vary from £100,000 to £500,000 - depending on complexity of case details and the strength of legal representation deployed into the case.

REFUND PLEDGE:
If I successfully recover my legal costs through the Tribunal, I pledge to pay-forward the equivalent of net-recovered legal costs to registered UK charities in absolute transparent ways.

Information above is not meant to be comprehensive. Full details of my strictly principled and transparent commitment are listed on Mayflower Case's website .

Thank you for all your time, consideration and support.
