Before all of this, Maya was self-employed, but the demands of pregnancy meant she had to put work on hold and stop most of her medications, causing financial strain.

Now, she's facing an urgent situation. Within the next two weeks, she needs to find a new home for her family while juggling the ongoing challenges of caring for premature infants and managing her health.
