Mayani, a 23-year-old YouTuber from Nyabohanse, Kenya, tragically lost his life this week after a violent incident. His future was just beginning — but it was taken away in an instant.
He leaves behind his wife… only 18 years old, and 8 months pregnant.
But this is not the only loss she is carrying.
Just two weeks ago, she also lost her father.
In a matter of days, her entire world has collapsed. The two people who should have been there to support her through childbirth are now gone.
Instead of preparing for the birth of her baby with love and security, she is facing grief, fear, and uncertainty — completely alone.
And the situation is even more fragile.
Without support, she risks losing her land — her only place of stability and future security.
At just 18 years old, she is now facing:
- The loss of her husband
- The loss of her father
- The imminent birth of her child
- The threat of losing her home and land
No one should have to endure this.
