Hello everyone!

My momma, May Kat Sloan suffered a series of strokes in March, she has been hospitalized since. She is currently in a nursing home facility due to needing round the clock care.

Unfortunately insurance doesn't agree with her needing to be in a facility even though she is unable to complete her daily basic activities including standing, walking, drinking and eating without assistance.

We know that with time, rest and therapy she will regain some of her strength.

Although she has a long road to recovery

her spirits are high and her smile is as bright as ever.

We are asking for help in preparing for her return home. Insurance won't even cover the basics when it comes to the medical equipment she will need at home. We would love and appreciate any help in relieving at least one of her burdens by giving her the comfort of proper equipment at home to allow her to rest and recuperate.

Any help is greatly appreciated. We know this is a stressful time for everyone, even just sharing our page helps get the word out.
