Sadly I know that we all see lots of GoFundMe's these days, and I hate that they are necessary in the first place. I also feel like Maxwell would personally hate the idea of having a GoFundMe, but unfortunately he is in real need of one.

Maxwell and his partner Perla are my friends and neighbors, and we are asking on their behalf. Maxwell has suffered a traumatic head injury and is currently in the ICU. We do not yet know what his recovery will look like, but it will be a long road and very expensive. We are asking for money to help Maxwell and family pay for ICU and hospital bills, as well as for needed therapies and general expenses.
