Support Max's Journey to Health and Healing

Hello all,

So, I share with a very heavy heart that my sweet pup, Max, suffered from a Generalized (Grand Mal) Seizure on the early morning of Nov. 18th. As time has progressed, he has experienced smaller seizures, known as Focal (Partial Motor) Seizures.

Luckily, I was able to get him into his vet on the same day that the seizures started. His blood work and X-rays came out normal. Unfortunately, this means there is a neurological issue at play.

Because of his age (he’s 10), the doctors do not believe this is a case of epilepsy. Sadly, we are more than likely dealing with a tumor.

With that being said, I’m reaching out to all my animal-loving friends in a desperate attempt to help cover the cost of an MRI. The MRI will help us gauge the next steps, whether that includes medication, surgery, or both. MRIs typically range between $2,500 and $4,000, so any donation is an immense help. No amount is too little.

I understand that some may hesitate to donate for a case such as Max’s, as he is a bit older. But I cannot live with myself knowing I didn’t at least try to help him get better. And selfishly, understandably, I am just not ready to say goodbye yet.
