Hi, my name is Max. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Complex PTSD, and GAD and have just recently been diagnosed with Autism.

I am currently in the long process of filing for disability, while working the few hours that I can manage at my job, and I am struggling to make enough money to pay my bills and, generally, survive.

Any amount of aid would go to helping pay off bills, rent and food and will truly help me so much.
