Support Max's Fight Against Cancer

Hi everyone. Our beautiful, talented, and charming Max is battling a rare form of cancer again after only 5 months of remission. He was diagnosed in July 2023 when they discovered an 11 cm tumor in his adrenal gland which lead to an invasive surgery, removing the tumor and his kidney. Max has held onto his resilience through this increasingly challenging time and despite the ups and downs of this journey he has never lost his compassion, gentle demeanor, ginormous heart, and motivation to push forward.

Max’s diagnosis is a rare form of sarcoma called a Rhabdoid Tumor. A diagnosis that less than one person of every one million receive. The next few months will be rounds of chemo, radiation, doctor appointments, hospital visits, costly medications, and unanticipated costs not covered by insurance. This has been an incredibly tough time for him and his loved ones. He was laid off in early January while still going through chemo and has been struggling financially since. Our goal is to raise funds to help with the expenses and ease any financial burden, so that he can focus on getting better and stronger everyday.

To know Max is to love Max. He has the ability to make you feel comfortable and heard. Within minutes of knowing him you’ll feel his warmth, humor, and genuine heart. No one deserves this, especially not at only 29 years old. We need our strong community to come together to support him.
