Advancing to a national tournament on short notice comes with a massive financial hurdle. Unlike professional or collegiate sports, high school club hockey is entirely self-funded by the families and the coaching staff is completely volunteer. Traveling across the country with a full roster of players and coaches—including flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and tournament registration fees—etc. is a significant financial burden.

Our philosophy is simple: We want every single player who helped us win a State Championship to be able to travel to Minnesota to experience Nationals. We never want financial constraints to force a player to stay home while their teammates compete for a national title.

This is where we need the help of our community. We are actively seeking donations of any size to help offset the overall team expenses for this trip. Every single dollar helps lower the cost for our families. By contributing to the Mavericks, you are directly supporting local student-athletes and helping them achieve a dream they have worked their entire lives for and a memory that will be with them and their families forever.
