Hi everyone, my name is Pasha, and I’m a dancer with Princess Cruises.

I’m raising funds for someone incredibly special to me—my close friend, teammate, and one of the most talented sound technicians I’ve ever met, Mauricio Blanca.

Mauricio and I met while working together on one of our cruise ship contracts. We bonded over setting up shows, exploring new countries, and sharing laughs at the bar after long days. He’s not just a colleague—he’s family.

Recently, Mauricio moved to New York with his girlfriend Nat, one of our amazing production singers, to chase his dream of becoming a professional videographer and content creator. Watching him pour his heart into this new path was truly inspiring—he has a natural gift for creativity, storytelling, and everything he sets his mind to.

But life took an unexpected turn. Mauricio was recently diagnosed with gallbladder cancer, forcing him to put his dreams on hold and shift focus to fighting this difficult battle. He is now returning home to Mexico for surgery and recovery.

As you can imagine, the financial burden of cancer treatment is overwhelming—especially for someone just starting a new life and career in the U.S. That’s why I’m reaching out to ask for your help. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly to Mauricio and Nat to support medical expenses, recovery costs, and the many challenges ahead.
