- Hello Everyone, I am raising funds for my beloved sister and best friend. On the evening of July 19th, my sister suffered a major stroke due to a blood clot in the main artery on the left side of her brain. She underwent surgery as quickly as possible to remove the clot, but unfortunately, she was left with cognitive and speech impairments. The funds we raise will go to her recovery. She will need extensive speech therapy as well as physical and occupational therapy. Any donations at this time will help Maureen make the best recovery possible as this has been a huge life-changing event. Our hope is to have a full recovery. ❤️
