As many of you know my cat Matty went missing on August 2nd. After 2 long months of 3 to 4 hour long stake outs where we tried to trap him, my wonderful friend Natalie pulled him out of the sewer last week.

i took him to the vet that same day. He was emaciated and dehydrated but she sent us home with a treatment plan and he seemed to be improving this week. Unfortunately I found him under the bed today unresponsive and rapidly breathing.

I rushed him the vet where they determined that he is suffering from refeeding syndrome. Apparently he was eating too much too fast and it affected his liver. The costs as you can image are astronomical. However, I haven’t come this far to give up on him yet.

I don’t ask for help but I you could share this with anyone who can do so please do.
