Hi, my name is Stephanie Welch.

My husband and I are currently in Myrtle Beach on vacation with our children. We drove down from Massachusetts Monday. On Tuesday (which just so happen to have been his birthday), my husband went for a bike ride and had a medical emergency. I have been trying to piece together what happened and learned that there were 3 bystanders who assisted him. One of which performed life saving cpr. I am eternally grateful for you. My husband and father of our 7 children would not be here if it weren’t for your efforts. ❤️

Matt has shocked hospital staff with his survival and how much progress he has made. He still has a long road ahead of him.

I am not a fan of asking for help however If anyone would like to help with extended hotel expenses, medical bills and fees associate with getting him and my children home safely it would be greatly appreciated.
