Support Matt Dolph's long term care
Donazione protetta
Matt Dolph endured two strokes on his thalamus (near the center of the brain) on September 12th. This was sudden and unexpected. Luckily, there was no paralysis, but his cognitive abilities have been affected greatly. He was hospitalized until September 25th, when he was moved into a rehabilitation center. The next step will be releasing him into a 24-hour care center sometime next week.
The live-in care center will cost around $4,000 per month, which Matt's wonderful parents have agreed to pay for. No question, they would do anything for their son. Neither of his parents have asked me to start this fundraiser, I have taken the initiative because I don't like the idea of Matt's family facing all these new expenses on their own, especially when it is unknown how long Matt will need 24 hour care.
Matt is a great person and everyone who knows him loves him. He is funny, adventurous, and makes friends wherever he goes. If you know him, you understand how unfair this is.
Many people have asked how to help and I want to give everyone who wants to the opportunity to do so.
Please donate to Matt's care, if you are able. Any amount is helpful.
Thank you so so much.
