Support Matt's Life-Saving Liver Transplant

We all know Matt and the kind human that he is. Father, friend, family, veteran, all great qualities to describe this man.

Matt is at a crossroads, due to a medical condition he is in the fight of his life. Matt has reached a MELD score of 22. For those of you that don’t know what that means, it is a model for end-stage liver disease. Matt is currently working with the Boston transplant team to set up a potential life-saving liver transplant with Beth Israel, Tufts, and Mass General.

As you can imagine, this is a difficult and stressful time as loss of work, doctors, and traveling come at a cost. At this time, it is best for Matt to focus on his health and worry about the money after he has recovered.
