Matthew Sposito is facing a major surgery to reverse his ileostomy — the next step in a long, painful battle with Crohn’s disease. In 2024 alone, he endured ten surgeries, each one taking more of his strength. This surgery is necessary for his future, but it will leave him unable to work for at least three months, creating a heavy financial burden at the very moment he needs to focus on healing.
