Hello Supporters!

As many of you know, I have been involved in Scouting since 2nd grade. Scouting has been a major part of my life shaping me into the person I am today, also bringing me countless memories and experiences. I am now working on my Eagle Project to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 483. A significant portion of the project is to fundraise the supplies and materials needed. My estimated cost of the project is $1700. These funds will be directly deposited into a scout fund account with my Troop to be used for my project.

My project will be a reflection area for families visiting their loved ones at Fairmount Pioneer Cemetery in Glendora. In choosing potential projects, I wanted to choose a meaningful one After losing my dad this past year, I empathize with others grieving the loss of a loved one. A place to sit in thoughtful reflection of loved ones is something that resonates with me and I hope to bring this through my project to the friends and family members of those at Fairmount Pioneer Cemetery.

I will be constructing two concrete platforms; each platform will have a bench mounted. The primary use of funds will be used towards the materials required for the platform and the purchasing of the benches. Obtaining the funds will allow me to complete my Eagle Scout Project, but beyond that it allows me to create a meaningful and long-lasting area to reflect upon the impact loved ones had in our lives.
