My name is Matthew Goins. As many of my friends and family know, I was recently diagnosed with acute renal failure and I am having to do dialysis treatments 3 times a week. This has made it impossible for me to work and support my family. I am praying to be better and able to work again in a few months, but for now I need some help. I am unable to apply for disability as this is not expected to be a long term condition. And my employer didn't offer any benefits like short term disability because it is seasonal work. Help of any kind is greatly appreciated, especially prayers!
