Hi, my Name is Matthew I recently just turned 27 and have 3 ESA cats. Last night Monday December 15th, I left my stove on after I had finished frying some foods and due to the Medications I take for various chronic conditions and more. I fell asleep. I woke up to a huge fire in the kitchen and the sprinkler system flooding my apartment. I got the fire out, got my cats and got out of there. Unfortunately over 95% of the stuff I owned got damaged mostly by the water in the process and the unit was labeled uninhabitable. Signing a lease extension was terminated due to what happened since it would be unlivable for the foreseeable future and was not able to get approved for a different unit. I’m now in the process of selling my car to be able to pay for something temporary to save money but can not do that until I get things settled like visiting the DMV. I’m asking for any help so I can get a temporary place to stay and also not have to lose the cats that have saved me from my own mental health crisises and the babies I raised. They are the only thing I care about in this world. Thank you for reading

once I am able to go back into the unit I will take pictures and upload them here.
