Support Matteo Urella's Road to Recovery

On March 15th, 2025, Matteo Urella, a devoted husband to Christina and father to four young children, experienced a sudden and life-threatening cardiac arrest caused by an undiagnosed genetic condition. While in New York City, Matteo was found unresponsive, but thanks to the selfless actions of a stranger who performed CPR, he was revived and rushed to a critical care unit. He has since made incredible progress, but his recovery is just beginning.

As Matteo faces a long road to recovery, his wife Christina, a Kindergarten teacher, will need to take time off to care for him. Unfortunately, Christina does not qualify for paid family medical leave, and their family will face significant financial challenges.
