Sadly, Matthew Massey, must undergo a total knee revision due to the knee being fractured after the total knee manipulation that went undiagnosed for two months! This has left us with using up all of the PTO and FMLA needed for this unplanned surgery. In a perfect world this would have been noted after the manipulation! This was not the case, instead, we listened to the surgeon and prayed that healing would take place. We used the last two months of FMLA and PTO trying to persevere praying that he would get better when he didn't and the surgeon voted to do another useless procedure we took our case to a different surgeon who alas took an X-ray! Which revealed a fractured knee. Now, we are trying to raise enough funds to hep with our mortgage so Matt is able to focus on recovery as this has been a long road for him. One never can anticipate when a surgery does not go as planned and this has been nothing short of a bad horror movie or drama show that we are trapped in! Anything helps and please continue to pray for Matt.
