Support Matt and Marcella's IVF Journey

From the family of Matt and Marcella Drecoll, we are asking for anyone's help to achieve their goal in life, to have a child of their own. They want nothing more than to be parents. The story is not an easy one, so please stay with us. In 2022, they started their journey to get pregnant. After a mishap with a saline sonogram, Marcella lost her fallopian tubes. This made it impossible to get pregnant by natural means. IVF was their only choice. After many shots and being poked and prodded, one egg became viable. At this time, they lived in a one-bedroom apartment which would be fit for a family. They had a doctor's appointment where they were told that the one egg had split and they were expecting identical twins. So now, a house became even more important. They were able to find one quickly. Shortly after finding their future family home, Marcella started to bleed. Matt and her made a trip to the ER, where she was admitted until the bleeding slowed. She was then put on partial bed rest, which meant no work. The bleeding got worse and they received very difficult news that Baby A's (Sage) placenta had burst. She passed away. The doctors were doing everything in their power to keep Baby B (Ophelia) safe. But Marcella's condition worsened. Now they had to worry about Marcella's life and making sure she stayed safe. They lost both baby girls at 19 weeks. They started trying again but got the devastating news from their insurance company, they have reached their lifetime max for IVF treatment. It costs about 30,000 per treatment. All they want is to be parents and if you ask anyone that knows them at all, they would be amazing at it!
