Mat—husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, son-in-law, brother-in-law, and friend—was recently diagnosed with ALS.

We’re taking things one step at a time and focusing on making the most of the time ahead. There are places Mat wants to go and experiences he wants to have with his family—visiting three remaining MLB baseball stadiums, bucket list concerts, and vacations while he’s feeling well.

At the same time, we know there will be increasing needs for medical care, equipment, and support at home as the disease progresses—much of which isn’t fully covered by insurance.

We’ve set a goal of $75,000 to help make all of these things possible: time together now, and support for what’s ahead.
