This past Friday, our dear friends Mason and Cheyenne were in a devastating motorcycle accident. Tragically, Cheyenne passed away, and Mason sustained multiple serious injuries, including many broken bones. While we are grateful that he is expected to recover, the journey will be long and difficult.
Mason and Cheyenne were the type of friends who always said “yes.” Yes to grabbing dinner on a moment’s notice. Yes to brunch at Karem’s. Yes to a boat day on the river. Yes to birthdays, trips, births, and celebrations of all the special moments in life. They showed up for the good times and the bad — the kind of friends who were there on your best day, but more importantly, on your hardest day. And then, they’d hand you a Fireball shot to take the edge off.
They have given so much love and joy to everyone around them, and now it’s our turn to show up for Mason. We are creating this fund to help with the unexpected expenses and to ease the weight of this tragedy so Mason can focus on his healing and honoring Cheyenne’s memory.
If you are able, please consider donating. No gift is too small, and every contribution makes a difference. Most importantly, we ask that you keep Mason, Cheyenne’s family, and all who loved her in your thoughts and prayers during this heartbreaking time.
Thank you for surrounding Mason with love and support as he navigates life without our beloved Cheyenne.
