Hello, my name is Rebecca Burgin, and I am Jenna Anderson's boss. Last night, Jenna got the kind of news no parent ever wants. Her 15-year-old son, Mason, was diagnosed with a severe brain injury. While playing in a home football game at Sweet Home HS, Mason was hit in the head, had a seizure, and was diagnosed with a brain bleed. He was life flighted to Portland for brain surgery. He is currently in ICU, and we do not yet know the outcome. The Dr's have advised that for now, we wait. Jenna will be unable to work, and Mason will need extensive medical care. Please donate what you can. 100% of the proceeds will help Jenna with living expenses and medical expenses. I will update as new information comes in. As you all know, Mason died on October 5th. The funds from this account will be used to pay the extensive medical bills incurred form the ambulance, life flight, brain surgery, icu care, and all of the medical procedures that were done in an attempt to save his life. I am Jenna's boss and have known her for 6 years. I am helping her navigate the medical billing and insurance process. She has a qualified HDHP, and there are things that insurance may not cover.
