Mason Davis has always been a pillar of strength and encouragement in our community. As a coach to local high school programs and an instructor at D-BAT Nixa, he has touched the lives of countless students, families, and friends. Over the past few months, Mason began experiencing severe headaches, which led to the discovery of a tumor in his brain. On May 29, he underwent surgery to remove the tumor and has been working hard to regain his mobility and strength during recovery.
This past week, Mason and his loved ones received the devastating news that the tumor was Stage 4 Astrocytoma Cancer. The doctors explained that while the cancer is not curable, Mason can fight it with radiation and chemotherapy to hopefully prolong his life. The road ahead will be challenging, and Mason and his wife Alexia will face significant medical and daily expenses as they navigate treatment and recovery.
Mason has become family to so many of you—as a coach, instructor, and friend at D-BAT Nixa. Now, we are asking for your support to help Mason and Alexia through this difficult time. Your generosity will make a real difference in their lives, providing relief from financial stress and allowing them to focus on Mason’s health and well-being. Please consider donating and sharing this fundraiser to help Mason continue his fight.
