Ramadan Mubarak!

Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:261:

"The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] that sprouts seven ears; in every ear is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing."

Two years ago, we launched a fundraising campaign for the construction of Masjid Almutaqiin in Nogob, Ethiopia, raising $3,010 through our initial GoFundMe effort. These funds allowed us to install windows, doors, and solar panels for the masjid.

We are now seeking to raise $2,500 to:

1) Add solar panels to classrooms, providing light for children's Quranic education

2) Build bathrooms

3) Purchase carpets for the dugsi and the masjid

4) Install a gate to secure and protect the masjid

Your donation will help create a vibrant center for worship and learning, offering a safe and nurturing space for children to deepen their understanding of Islam. Building a mosque is a form of Sadaqah Jariyah (continuous charity), granting ongoing rewards from Allah (SWT) in the Hereafter.

Every contribution, no matter the size, moves us closer to our goal. Donations will be securely transferred to the on-ground team overseeing the construction.
