Our family has been through some incredibly difficult years. My mother passed away on May 4, 2023 from advanced abdominal cancer. My husband Masato passed away on April 13, 2026, after bravely battling stage IV lung cancer for three years. Our older daughter was diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer) in January 2025. She underwent a major surgery and completed her 18th round of chemotherapy in August 2025. She is currently under a three-month surveillance period involving regular imaging studies and receives biweekly physical therapy with a permanent implant in her leg.
We lost my husband’s income, and he did not have any life insurance. We are now facing both emotional and financial challenges, with no extended family nearby. Your support would help us cover our daughters (Daphne and Laurel)’ long-term medical needs, their education expenses, and our occasional travel to Japan and China to stay connected with our extended family.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for keeping our family in your thoughts. Your presence and kindness mean more than words can say. Please take good care of yourself and stay well.
Warmly,
Xiaoling
