Hi my name is Mary Flood, a resident of New Jersey, On Sunday 3/1 I was one of the victims of the Stabling on Virginia Beltway 495. I am trying to recover financially intact from my Trauma, I just recently was employed at a Hospital in NJ, but due to the 90 day waiting period I am uninsured. The Hospital stay in VA and the following check ups have had me out of work for 2 weeks and recovery will keep me out for an additional 8 weeks without pay.

Due to the hospital stay of 5 days and 2 major surgeries my financial future is uncertain, I would like to be able to cover the daily life that continued while I was hospitalized, some of my recovery costs, as well as a bit of the medical bills. We dont have a bill form the hospital yet but thanks to google we have a rough estimate of what the total cost might be.

I will be out 14,000 in lost wages

The 2 Major Surgeries have a rough estimate of 20,000

The 5 hospital stay 75,000

Due to follow up visits I am unable to leave the state to be with my whole family or the rest of my support system for the moment.

Leaving me with a total estimate of 100,000 I will have to cover. I am trying to fund 50,000, we are looking in to other means of assistance but anything would be appreciated.
