Mary was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma, which has spread to multiple areas of her body. After exhausting several treatment options locally, her care team has referred her to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX, one of the top cancer hospitals in the world.

She will be making multiple trips to Houston for specialized treatment, which comes with significant travel, lodging, food, and out-of-pocket medical expenses—all while she and her family navigate the emotional and financial toll of a life-threatening diagnosis.
