Support Marylee Holmes and Her Children

In a very short period of time our dear friend, mother, sister, daughter, and teacher Marylee Holmes has received a serious and life altering cancer diagnosis. Marylee has played a pivotal role in the education and development of so many children as a French Immersion Kindergarten teacher in SD 68 and is valued immensely by her school community. More importantly however, is the role that she plays as the mother to her four amazing daughters, Violet, Sofia, Lucy, and Josa. Over the next few months Marylee is set to undergo intensive cancer treatment and is expected to have surgery in the very near future. During this challenging time Marylee will be unable to work for an indefinite period. As a single mother with one household income, it will be a struggle for her to maintain all of the financial responsibilities she holds. We desperately want Marylee to be able to focus on her health and healing and to spend as much time as possible with her children over the coming months. We ask that you support Marylee and her family in any way that you can with a monetary donation so that she can sustain her household while undergoing intensive treatment.
