Support Mary Phoebe's Battle with Multiple Myeloma

Have not been able to pay July's rent and therefore I have been served with eviction papers for which I go to court on August 8th. I have never been in this situation before... Please help if you can...

Hi my name is Mary Phoebe Keitt-Perez and I am a co-worker who began in September of 2022. I was just about at my 3-year anniversary Mark when I'm experience my first sudden medical situation that involved unexplained anxiety, increase stress, and severe exhaustion. That began in September and I took my first leave of absence September 16th through October 22nd. 6 days later I experience an anxiety attack on the phone and the next day prior to working a second attack which was worse than the day before. In that time, I was experiencing numbness in my lips and I knew I needed to go to the emergency room. It was there that it was discovered that I have three lesions on the parietal bone of my skull and it was suspected as multiple myeloma. This was confirmed in December of 2024. I am being seen in Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Oncology Dept by Dr McKay. I go regularly and have my blood taken and assessed because multiple myeloma is a cancer of the blood that affects the bones. I have not qualified for a short-term disability and will be seeking whether I qualify for long-term disability in a few days. My living situation such as rent, and utilities has been kept stable by various resources here in Winston-Salem and I am so very gracious. It seems that I have exhausted those resources and I'm in need of additional help to fulfill my remaining 2 months contract where I currently reside. That is the reason I'm reaching out to you. I have considered this move for several days and I do this as a last resort. Anything you can contribute would be greatly appreciated please know that I am humbled to even be in this position.
