Support Mary Mulero’s Fight Against Stage 4 Breast Cancer

Hi friends and family. I know coming across this might be a shock for a lot of you who know my beautiful mama (Mary Mulero) and myself. At the beginning of this year, my mother began her battle with stage 3 inflammatory breast cancer which since has aggressively developed into stage 4. If you know my mom, you know she tends to be rather private with her life and her diagnoses was no exception. She began her chemo treatments in May and is currently still undergoing them. Once that ends, she will move onto surgery, and finally radiation. It has been and will continue to be a long journey, but I know at the end of it all, she will win her battle. <3

Unfortunately as expected, her treatments have taken an enormous toll on not only her health, but also her everyday life. With that, she has been unable to continue working which is something that has been very difficult on her mentally, and now financially. It is incredibly hard as a daughter to watch someone who has been so strong, and provided everything for my brother and I, go through this. I know that my mother would work until her last day on earth if it meant providing for her family; and now that she can't, it is devastating to her. It kills me to sit and watch her stress levels skyrocket due to her having to worry about bills, payments, etc. while also dealing with the stress of her health. If there is anyway to possibly alleviate some of her financial burdens so that she can focus on the most important thing, herself, I know she would feel better despite the situation. Even though everyone says this, it is truly unfair for my mother to have been put in this situation. No one undergoing this kind of treatment and diagnosis should be focused on bills when they should be focusing on their journey of getting well.

This disease is the worst thing on Earth and I will not allow it to take my mother from me. No one can prepare or expect to encounter something as devastating as this, we certainly were not. If there is any support we could all send my mother's way she would never forget it. Whether that be through this fundraiser or even a kind supportive message sent her way I would be forever grateful. Thank you all in advance for your kindness & generosity; And know that my mother will continue to stay strong and never stop fighting her battle. I love you mama forever&always <3
