SUPPORT MARY LEE IN HER FIGHT AGAINST CANCER

I want to start off by saying thank you to all our family, friends, and even strangers who have been and still are praying for my wife. We believe God is going to help us overcome these unexpected circumstances. I also want to say, don't put off till tomorrow what you can do today, because five weeks ago life was pretty normal and now it is far from that. The reason for this GoFundMe is because we don't have insurance and everything is quite costly.

On August 2nd, a mass was discovered while attempting an esophageal dilation procedure. Subsequent tests and scans revealed a tumor (Squamous Cell Carcinoma) in her esophagus that has grown and is putting pressure on her left lung, which has caused the lower part of the lung to collapse. It is inoperable at this time and she begins radiation and chemo in the morning (Sept 5th).

I am a self-employed home remodeler and have had to put jobs on hold because, at this time, caring for my wife is of the utmost importance. In just a few days, she went from having difficulty eating or drinking to needing a PEG tube to feed her.

My wife and I have been together for 14 years and we live for our children and grandchildren. Our simple life is dedicated to creating memories for our family, like hunting, fishing, and ATV riding. Nana Mary is a wonderful cook and gathers our family around warm meals; she is the rock that holds this home together. My wife has always been a beacon of generosity and support to our children, grandchildren, and friends. This GoFundMe will help support my beautiful wife and her medical expenses.
