My name is Mary Fultz, and I have always found joy in serving my community and helping others in need. Recently, however, my life has taken an unexpected turn. I underwent surgery and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, a blood clot in my leg, and esophageal and other medical conditions. These health challenges have stunned and limited me. While I am grateful for the help I have received with some medical supplies, there are still many needs that remain unmet.

The financial burden of my recovery is overwhelming. I need help covering transportation to medical appointments, purchasing essential medical supplies, and affording special diet meal items like protein foods and drinks. Additionally, I am struggling to keep up with bills and need clothing to support my healing process.
