Hello, Gateway Family,

Mary Arkoette and her family have been struggling to maintain things while at the same time caring for Mary's husband, Rick, who sadly passed this week after a long battle with cancer. During Rick's final months, Mary missed a great deal of work to provide care for him, bringing Rick back and forth to appointments in Boston, being his voice while he's been unable to speak, and helping him fight for his life.

Our goal with this fundraiser is to help Mary cover her health insurance payments (while paychecks have been few and far between) and to get back on her feet after her recent challenges.
