Mary Anderson, a.k.a Mary Bad Ass, needs our help! She suffered a horrible injury to her right foot on October 19 when the lithium battery in her boot’s heated insole exploded and literally caught her foot on fire. She will be out of commission for at least several months as she undergoes skin grafts and healing. As all who know Mary are aware, she is fiercely independent and rarely asks for help even though she has always been there for others, volunteering for Vermont Adaptive and WindowDressers to name a couple of organizations she is devoted to. We are starting the GoFundMe campaign so she can hire people to do the tasks that she has always done by herself such as cutting and putting up firewood, plowing her road, putting up a shelter for her tractor, and hauling water. All contributions will be greatly appreciated.
