Support Mary Pat and Scott's Healing Journey

Dear Family and Friends,

On October 29, 2024, Mary Pat and Scott O'Donnell were involved in a severe motorcycle accident that occurred on Green Bay and Eberlien Park Drive in Shawano, WI.

The incident was a multi-vehicle accident caused by a driver who hit their motorcycle broadside as Scott attempted to clear the intersection during a green light. The impact force pushed the motorcycle sideways, causing it to slide and crash into another car, trying to make a right-hand turn at the intersection onto Green Bay.

Mary's injuries were life-threatening, and she was air-lifted to St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay. Due to severe injuries to her leg, wrists, shoulder, collarbone, and ankle, she is facing significant medical expenses, including two 5+ hour surgeries already, more surgeries next week, and ICU care and medications, not to mention a helicopter ride.

Scott was taken to a nearby hospital, where they found a brain bleed and severe injuries to his lower left leg and ankle, and then transported to St. Vincent. His recovery process has been challenging, and he's facing significant expenses, including one completed orthopedic surgery, assisted rehabilitation stay, another surgery in a few weeks, extensive physical therapy, and more assisted rehabilitation stays.

Insurance doesn't fully cover all expenses, and during this time, the family will help manage care, recovery, and costs like wheelchair-accessible transportation.
