On Monday, May 4, an apartment fire in Des Moines left dozens of people without a home. This GoFundMe is raising support for Mary Luna-Rodriguez and Dagoberto Rodriquez-Lara, who lost everything they owned in the fire. Even small donations will make a big difference to help them with starting over in a new residence. Mary has been a long-time employee with the State of Iowa and is a treasured member of the staff at Terrace Hill, the Iowa Governor's Residence. Dagoberto is a staff member at the Iowa State Fairgrounds.
