Help Support Mary Altman's Recovery After Two Strokes
On October 11, 2025, our beloved Mary Altman suffered a sudden stroke and was rushed to the emergency room. Doctors discovered a blood clot on the left side of her brain. Thankfully, they were able to remove the clot—but the stroke had already affected her ability to speak, eat, and perform daily tasks.
While under close medical care, Mary was slowly beginning to show signs of improvement. However, on October 22, she suffered a second stroke, this time caused by a blockage in an artery in her neck.
This has been a heartbreaking and incredibly difficult time for Mary and all who love her. She now faces a long road to recovery, including extensive rehabilitation, speech and occupational therapy, and round-the-clock care.
Mary is more than just a patient—she’s a loving Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma (Lola), and Friend whose life has been centered on family, faith, and community. She’s poured her heart into caring for others, and now it’s our turn to care for her.
If you know Mary, you know how SPECIAL she is. Her kindness, strength, and grace have touched countless lives. She is a FIGHTER, and she’s giving this everything she has.
We’re asking for your support—whether through a donation, sharing this page, or offering your prayers. Every bit helps ease the burden of medical bills, therapy costs, and living expenses during this challenging time.
If you prefer to donate in another way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We’re grateful for every form of support.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with Mary and her family. Your love and support mean the world.
