Help My Son Marvin Chase His Dream in Sports Management

I’m reaching out to ask for your support as my son begins his next chapter in life. He recently graduated from DeMatha Catholic High School, where he not only excelled academically but also built an impressive resume in sports — serving as a basketball commentator and the baseball team manager. His passion is sports, and his dream is to earn a degree in Sports Management so he can one day build a career helping athletes and organizations thrive.

He’s been accepted to college and his tuition is fully covered — a blessing we are so grateful for. However, we still need to secure his housing and living expenses so he can start the semester without worry. Unfortunately, after paying for his high school tuition, I don’t have any savings left to cover this part of the journey.

We are looking to raise $3,000 to cover his housing so he can focus on his education and not on how he’s going to make ends meet. Every contribution — no matter the size — will go directly toward getting him settled and ready for school.

He’s a good kid from Southeast DC who’s determined to make something of his life, and I know with the support of our community, he can get there.
