Hello My name is Martishia Young and I am raising funds to secure medical insurance, so that I could obtain a portable Baxter Peritoneal Dialysis machine and dialysis fluids while I am in the USA. While I am on the mission field here in Zambia, Africa, the Lord has blessed me with a dialysis machine and fluids. The Lord has provided that these items are provided to me at no cost. The only cost that I have the cost of my medicine. So with that being said, I am asking you to help me get my insurance reinstated in the USA, so that I can get the medical items that is needed to keep my kidneys healhty. My Medicare Part A and Part B insurance has been discontinued due to a monthly cost that I was unable to maintain. They are now requiring me to pay $2,500.00 to reinstate my insurance. Once I get the insurance reinstated, I will have a monthly cost of $185.00 per month.

I will also need to pay any co-payments as well as any other medical Items, to make sure I am prepared to maintain the health of my kidneys.

I have researched the price for a new portable peritoneal dialysis machine from Baxter. The cost is as high as $47,000.00 and the fluids are $71.00 per 3000ml bag. I have to use two bags per night. For my stay in the USA will be approximately 60 to 65 days.

Once I am reinstated with my medicare, the insurance would cover the majority of the cost for the machine and fluids. I will be responsible for all other balances.

This portable dialysis machine and fluids would allow me to be very efficient and productive as I travel through out the USA doing the Lord's work.
