She was placed on life support and remained in a coma until Martin and her family made the heartbreaking decision to honor Kelly’s wishes and remove her from life support.

Martin is now facing an unimaginable loss. He has not been able to work since Kelly’s amputation in November, and the financial burden of funeral expenses, hospital bills, and daily living costs is overwhelming.
