We are organizing this GoFundMe for Marta, Gabby, and their family as they navigate a very difficult and uncertain time. In November, Gabby was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, and Marta immediately stepped away from work to care for and support her daughter through treatment. In the middle of Gabby’s fight, the family received another devastating blow when Marta was diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma.

Since then, Marta has endured two strokes and two hospitalizations, including stays at Swedish Medical Center and Harborview Medical Center. Her current hospitalization has now lasted 27 days and will continue as she undergoes intensive inpatient rehabilitation.

As Gabby approaches the end of her treatment, Marta faces a long road of recovery, rehabilitation, and treatment ahead. With Marta unable to work and medical and living expenses continuing to grow, the financial burden on the family has become overwhelming.
